OSHKOSH, WI—(WISS)—Local public health departments, the Tri-County Community Health Improvement Coalition, and the hospitals of ThedaCare, Advocate Aurora Health, Ascension Health, and Children’s Wisconsin have joined to conduct a survey on community well-being.
The survey is designed to learn about the actual needs that community members face in their daily lives. Prior surveys identified needs like mental health, substance abuse, early childhood care needs, and housing as key issues.
The survey is available in multiple languages. It is open to anyone 18 or older residing in Calumet, Green Lake, Marquette, Menominee, Shawano, Outagamie, Waupaca, Waushara, or Winnebago Counties.
Organizers say the survey will help them formulate future plans.
