Oshkosh Police search for missing Frederick Ellis
The 59-year-old homeless man last spoke with family in October
OSHKOSH, WI—(WISS)— The Oshkosh Police Department is asking for help in finding a missing person. They are looking for Frederick L. Ellis.
His family is concerned for his safety due to mental health concerns. They have not heard from the 59-year-old Ellis since October of last year. Ellis is homeless and does not have a current address. A press release from the Oshkosh Police said officers have followed several leads, but have been unsuccessful in finding him.
Ellis is a black male, 5’10” and about 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, blue jeans and black shoes.
Anyone with information on Ellis is asked to call the Oshkosh Police Department at 920-236-5700, the Winnebago County Crime Stoppers at (920) 231-8477; or through the P3 App.
