2025 Draft Updates

The NFL Draft officially kicks off around Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Thursday with round one of the players selection draft starting at 7 pm (CST).

But there are so many events already happening around it —it’s hard to choose! 

So, count on us to be your guide with a few of our personal picks for Wednesday, April 23rd. Let’s start with this one — and you won’t want to miss it.

It’s all about Green Bay’s historic City Stadium today!

The Packers called 15-hundred East Walnut Street “home” from 1925 until 1956. “Field Fest” is your chance to see all of it. Games and fun on the stadium field until 2 pm, selfies on site until the sun goes down!

Next, we suggest heading over to Schreiber Foods at 400 North Washington for “Taste of the Draft.”

It’s a special opportunity to enjoy signature dishes from Wisconsin’s supper clubs. YUM! This is also the chance to support a new community impact initiative supported by the Green Bay Packers to benefit GENYOUth’s important work to end student hunger in the state.

There’s also music and entertainment of all kinds at the Draft City Music Fest in downtown Green Bay.

This is considered the “official” night before the draft kick-off! It will be based at Leicht Park, 128 Dousman Street, with unique events like a Glow Zone, Kids Area, Shipping Container Bars, and Fireworks at 8:30 pm.

The smallest city with an NFL team is about to more than double its population when the NFL Draft kicks off around Lambeau Field in Green Bay, April 24-26.

You can bet this large, historic event will be felt far beyond Titletown! And from live music to special events — and yes, even traditional Wisconsin tailgates — there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

1. Tour St. Norbert College

We love this one! Take a tour of St. Norbert College in De Pere and see where the Green Bay Packers spent years of late summer training camps on campus. Students are giving these free walking tours which will include stops where the team worked out, slept, and ate. 

The Packers stayed at St. Norbert for three weeks every season from 1958 to 2020. It was the longest uninterrupted training camp site in the NFL. 

The tours are happening on Tuesday, and Wednesday, April 22 and 23, from 10 am – 6 pm. Meet at 100 Grant Street in De Pere or register ahead here: St. Norbert College & the Green Bay Packers Tour

2. The Draft End Zone Food Truck Alley

If you enjoy the mix of football and food, here’s your chance to sample diverse cuisine from food truck vendors as they bring their bold flavors to the streets of Green Bay! Plus, score your own touchdown as every bite supports these local business owners. 

You can find The Draft End Zone Food Truck Alley at 610 South Broadway Street in Green Bay. Open daily 11 am to 9 pm, starting Tuesday, April 22 through Saturday, April 26.  

3. Draft Picks Music Festival

There’s also live music as the Draft Picks Music Festival at the Tracks gets underway. Find all the fun at 713 South Broadway in Green Bay running every night until 10 pm through Friday, April 25.
