Isn’t it incredible to think there are more than 200,000+ people enjoying the Green Bay area (and beyond!) every day of the NFL Draft?
The player selection picks continue, and once more we have a few “personal picks” of events for you to consider this weekend.
Stop in at The Bar in the 2000 block of Holmgren Way to get a taste of tailgating as only Wisconsin can do! The Bar is a 20-minute walk from the NFL Experience and the tailgate is open from 1 to 11:30 Saturday night.
All the information is here: The Bar – Green Bay – Holmgren Way: 2025 NFL Draft Tailgate Experience
And we found a free one happening at the Overtime Grill and Pub located at 1423 South Broadway in downtown Green Bay. It’s called the “Laughs on Broadway” comedy event, and it starts at 8pm on Saturday.
Here’s the Facebook event with all the information:

It’s the “Gridiron Greats Flag Football Tournament and Fundraiser!” You’ll find the field along the 2-thousand-block of Holmgren Way with games getting underway at noon.
And we hear some fan favorite Packers players will be there! How about these names: Ahman Green, Dorsey Levens, Davon House, Don Davey, Eddie Lacy, and many more.
Cheer ’em on and support the Green Bay Flag Football program for kids as the same time.

WOW! Things are really jumping across Northeast Wisconsin and all thanks to the NFL Draft in Green Bay!
And as the excitement of the player’s selection-picks continue, here are more of our personal “picks” and a few things for you to do (out of the million+ events!) on Friday, April 25.
You can catch all the fun of the “Booyah Battle” cook-off — and even get a sample — by heading downtown to 100 South Washington Street in Green Bay.
And not only is it your chance to choose the best booyah-maker at the draft, but it’s for a good cause, too. 13 local non-profits are partnering with the soup chefs to serve visiting football fans. Buy a cup of booyah, make your vote, and all the money goes to those non-profits.
Oh. We should mention there’s also a “Kringle Competition,” too. Here are all the delicious details: Booyah Battle & Kringle Combine | Downtown Green Bay
But that’s not all – there’s an indoor market setting up in this area, too. This is your chance to shop local! Crafts, produce, cheese, maple syrup. You name it, it’s probably available here.
All of its open until 9 pm.
Learn more here: Events | Create Unforgettable Experiences — .
Plus, the NFL Draft Experience continues all around Lambeau Field until 10 tonight. And on Friday, you’ll find even more football, food, and fun. Plus, it’s free!
And if you are there for the player selection announcements — listen for each one to have personal “walk up” music. Every person involved chose their favorite song and it will be fun to hear who picked what.

We love this one! Take a tour of St. Norbert College in De Pere and see where the Green Bay Packers spent years of late summer training camps on campus. Students are giving these free walking tours which will include stops where the team worked out, slept, and ate.
The Packers stayed at St. Norbert for three weeks every season from 1958 to 2020. It was the longest uninterrupted training camp site in the NFL.
The tours are happening on Tuesday, and Wednesday, April 22 and 23, from 10 am – 6 pm. Meet at 100 Grant Street in De Pere or register ahead here: St. Norbert College & the Green Bay Packers Tour
